Account Issues

If you didn’t receive an email with a link to set your password there are a couple of things that may have happened.

The first thing you should do is check your Junk Folder for an email from support@evokeschools.com. Your email provider may have filtered the email since Evoke is a small company and may not be recognized by your email provider.

If you check your Junk Folder and don’t see the email then you can go to “Forgot Password” page, here. Enter either your email address or username and click “Recover Account” and you will receive an email with a link to set/reset your password.

If you try the previous two steps and are still unable to access your account please contact us at support@evokeschools.com and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible!

Once your school or district has purchased access to the courses they will provide Evoke with a list of teachers and staff that should have access. Evoke will create a profile for you and give you access to the appropriate courses.

You will receive an email from Evoke LLC (support@evokeschools.com) with your Username and a link to set your password!

Evoke will create an account for all the staff and faculty that you want to have access. Fill out the Evoke LLC Uptake spreadsheet with the first name, last name, and email address of each person that should have access.

1. Check your email. You should have received an email from support@evokeschools.com with the subject [Evoke LLC] User Name and Password for eLearning Courses. The email will contain your username and a link to set your password.

2. Manually Reset Password: If you have checked both your inbox and junk mail and still have not received an email from Evoke then you can reset your password using your school email. Go to evokeschools.com/login and select “Forgot Password?”. This will take you to a page where you can enter either your username or your email. Once you have entered your school email you will receive an email with a link to set your password.

Group Leader

If you need to monitor your teachers’ progress send an email to support@evokeschools.com. We will update your account to make you a “Group Leader”. As a Group Leader you will be able to download Excel spreadsheets that show the progress of each of your teachers.

As a group leader you will be able to monitor the progress of all the students in your group. See the following PDF for instructions on how to check the progress of your students and send emails.
